Property Point's Relationship with MLS®
Property Point is not a member of CREA and is not a licensed real estate brokerage. We do not directly access or operate MLS® Systems. MLS® listings arranged through Property Point's services are submitted and maintained by our licensed brokerage partners, who are members of CREA and bound by its rules and standards.
