The Multiple Listing Service® is Canada's most comprehensive real estate database — the same system professional agents use. When your property is listed on MLS®, it's automatically syndicated to Realtor.ca, Zillow, Point2Homes, and dozens of affiliated buyer portals. Your listing stays active for 90 days and can be updated or extended at any time. Every listing includes a full property description, neighbourhood details, and all MLS® required fields completed to professional standards. MLS® listings are completed in partnership with our licensed Ontario brokerage partners on your behalf.
Professional Photography

Listings with professional photography receive significantly more views, more showings, and sell faster — at a higher price. Our network of experienced Ontario real estate photographers delivers high-resolution images that showcase your home in the best possible light. Every shoot includes wide-angle interior shots, exterior photos, and twilight images where applicable. Photos are edited, colour-corrected, and delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. Spotlight and Premium packages include an expanded photo count and agent-of-record staging consultation.

Standard Ontario Forms

Ontario real estate transactions require a specific set of legally mandated forms and disclosures. Our team and licensed brokerage partners prepare and review all standard documents required under Ontario real estate law and the relevant OREA and CREA guidelines. This includes the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Seller Property Information Statement (SPIS), Multiple Representation Disclosure, Schedule A (Terms & Conditions), and all required amendments. Premium clients receive a full document review before signing.

A professionally installed yard sign generates neighbourhood awareness and captures drive-by buyer interest that online listings alone cannot reach. Property Point provides and installs a full-size, branded "For Sale" sign at your property within 48 hours of listing activation. Signs are weather-resistant, clearly legible from the street, and include a QR code linking directly to your online listing. After your property sells, we coordinate sign removal at no additional charge. Installation is available throughout the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding Ontario markets.
