Acceptance of Terms
By accessing propertypoint.ca or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
What We Provide
Property Point is a flat-fee home selling service and marketing platform. We coordinate the marketing, photography, and listing process on your behalf. MLS® listings are completed through licensed Ontario brokerage partners. Property Point itself is not a licensed real estate brokerage.
Flat-Fee Packages
- —Fees are charged as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase
- —Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced
- —Additional fees (such as the buyer's agent commission of 2%) are the seller's responsibility and are separate from Property Point's flat fee
- —Property Point reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- —Provide accurate and complete property information
- —Respond to inquiries and offers in a timely manner
- —Comply with all applicable Ontario real estate laws and regulations
- —Not misrepresent your property in any way
Limitation of Liability
Property Point is a marketing and technology service. We are not responsible for the outcome of your property sale, final sale price, buyer conduct, or any disputes arising from the transaction. Our total liability shall not exceed the flat fee paid for services.
Intellectual Property
All content on propertypoint.ca — including text, design, logos, and code — is the property of Property Point and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
